    Have you restarted PC and this is still the same?

    What operating system you're running, and its version.

    Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any software or hardware that you installed or setup.

    Check your processes in task mgr and what are the programs that are taking up most of the memory

    As much info as can may help out
