Having 2 OS on the same partition can become a headache. It constantly conflicts, as they both appear in the registry. Back up the data that you need -Have all the drivers and legal licensed copy of Windows XP( I presume) and do a fresh installation. This is ultimately the best option, and your machine will run faster and you would have recovered all your initial drivespace that the 2nd OS were taking up.
Let this be a learning experience - 2 OS on the same partition is the same as 2 woman in the same kitchen - they are constantly in conflict to be in charge :)

Your computer must really be slow... 2 OS can seriously slow computer down and create all types of conflicts.Did you get the computer with 2 OS already on it?Someone somewhere didn't know what they were doing.

Sounds to me like you need to wipe and reload your OS.But this time only install ONE OS on a partition(C:drive). Before you do anything you need to back up all your documents/pictures/video you want to save.Save them to an external hard-drive or flash drive(depends on how much info you are saving).

After the wipe and reload your computer will be faster than ever!

    Good Luck!
