    How do I wipe out my computer
    My computer has a virus I believe. I need to wipe it out and start fresh, I have all the startup disks but I don't know how to get rid of everything else

    Why do you believe you have a virus? Sometimes you can clean it up without erasing the hard drive.

    Download Avast! Anti virus it's a free anti virus tool that just rocks. Run it and it should get rid of your virus(s) if there are some it can't get rid of post them here or in a different thread with the exact name. As well in the future you should download Hijack This! And post the report it gives you on a thread. Much easier for us to figure out what's going on in your computer with that report.

    You need to boot up the cd when your copmputer first starts up so when your at the boot screen you need to press F12 and it should come up with a list of items to boot from, so just select your cd drive and follow instructions on screen.:)
