I have a hp Media Center Destop PC That will not boot up, help?
When I first plus in the power cord the fans go for about 3 seconds maybe then they all die out there is no noise at all and the power button flashes Orange and Blue. This is a HP Media Center PC m7248n.

I have been looking every where and can not find windows media center for windows xp home edition. I would like to stream movies from my PC to xbox360 and says I need windows media center. Anyone have any ideas?
