    Tips on how to tone your body
    Well this is my status in body wise. Im actually inm good shape, not too fat not too skinny just in the middle but I want to start toning my muscles like enhacing the definition of my muscles kind of like bruce lees body. I don't have much too work with since I live far from a gym and all I got to work with are two 15 pound weights so I NEED TIPS ON HOW TO TONE MY MUSCLES?
    WAT DO I NEED TO START EATING OR WAT DO I NEED TO START TAKING IN ORDER TO MAKE THIS HAPPENED? BY THE WAY IM DOING THIS FOR A GIRL... LOL:D

    Hi,
    First, doing it for someone else might work for awhile, but you have to do it for yourself.
    Ok, with that said, do you jog? Start jogging, maybe a quarter of a mile at first, then slowly increase it to a mile, over a few days. Jogging is one of the best ways to tone muscle, stay fit, and have a healthy heart.
    Limit your calories to around 2,000 a day. That's the normal amount to neither gain nor lose weight.
    As far as your two 15 lb weights, you can do curls, with lifting them from your waist up to your chest, both at the same time. Do as many as you can before tiring out completely.
    Then, spead your legs, and start "swinging" both of them down between your legs, and back up to your chest. That works on the back and the shoulder muscles and your arm muscles.

    Wake up early in the morning and immediately wash your eyes.It creates freshness and stamina for doing exercise.Then go out and do breathing exercises . They also help in weight loss.Then do stretches for shoulders(10 mins),then hands(5 mins),afterwards for stomach(10 mins) you could try some yoga stretches and at the end do some leg stretches(2-3 mins).then you could just jog for 20 minutes.If you want weight loss of about 10-30 kgs then consume maximum amount of fruits in your diet and drink a lot of water.And if want a perfect body shape just follow the routine and try consume less junk food.Keep no limits for food eating .just enjoy! you will see the difference in just 1 month.
