    So I want a flat tummy and thinner thighs along with less arm fat
    OK so I'm a pretty average size girl... I wear size 11 pants and I'm proud that I went down from a size 16 so... I just want to know how I can get a flatter tummy and have a nice looking figure by the May... and smaller thighs plus gain some muscle in my arms.. I've been told that I've been gaining the hour glass figure and that makes me all the nore happy! But I want to actually have the flat tummy to show everyone... I'm tired of being able to grab my fat and I'm tired of not being able to wear what I want without thinking about other peoples thoughts. I'm eating healthy and exercise daily... I know that I should keep doing what I'm doing but what else is there that I can do?

    If you want a flatter tummy, you should add some exercises that focus on your stomach in general, crunches, sideways exercises, maybe look into yoga, powerwalking and running also help.
