Well I would go over what you are eating and how much. Keep a food journal for a few days and record what you are eating and the amounts, after reviewing this now make changes. Portion control will go along way in helping you lose weight. A serving of meat is 3 ounces, you need lean meats, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish, loin type meats but in the right size. Choose whole wheat pastas, rice, breads and cereals. Low fat or skim milk, low fat cheese and low fat/lowsugar yogurt. Veggies and fruits are you eating enough natural foods? How about water you need to drink lots of it throughout the day, minimum 8 glasses. Cut out presweetened drinks, like colas, cut out fast, fried, fatty foods along with cakes, cookies, chips, candy, junk food. If you learn to read nutritional labels your'll see first off what's in the products your eating, and how much a serving size is for what your eating, stick with it. And exercise, even just walking working up to a mile will start up your metabolism, jogging, biking, weight/resistance training, swimming, dancing, but move the whole body 4-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes. This all takes time, dedication but it's these changes that will help you throughout your life.
