    How to reduce thighs, belly & tummy
    Hello... am 21 years old girl.. My height is about 165cm am not too fat to see... and also am having some hormonal imbalance problem for that am taking medicines due while went to hospital they told me reduce weight and now my weight is about 67kg but doctor said that at this age I have to 55 or 58kg nly... for to see I won't be look so fat... & mostly I use avoid oil foods, sweets,etc... Then per day am travelling 70km i.e. to and fro (35km)... and also I am not having proper food at proper time because of work schedule... but sometimes I use to do some exercise but I couldn't proceed that as long time... let I just want to know the easy way to reduce these things - thighs, belly & tummy
