    Quick queston for any that can answer!
    Hi, was wondering if anyone knowns the quick protein diet plan, because I used this site about a year ago and one of the professionals gve it t me but I lost it. I goes something like you can eat eggs and bacon for dinner and you couldn'e eat any white veggies. It was a very straight forward diet and had onl 3 options (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Can anyone help me. Please reply ASAP!

    Hi

    This is not a quick answer but I just signed onto this site. I think you are asking about the Mayo Clinic Weight Loss Diet which is basically a high protein weight loss plan. Let me know if you want a copy of the diet.
