    Morbidly Obese and need to loose weight now- any miracles
    Hi, I need any advice, insiraptional storie, food diaries, in fact anywting

    Im a 21 year old female who is fearful to say weighs 22 stone I have managed. I have always been heavy for my age and come from a family if big people however I have come gto braking point I look in the mirror and don't even recognise myself yet I can't seem to control myself and get the motivation I need.for most of my teenage years I wiehgted between 12-14 stone I waqs always healthy enoguh and being 5 ft 10 I carried it OK, although I always wanted to loose weight.

    However things are now extreme and I am constantly depressed about my weight and am very moody and anytime people speak about weight (thir own0 I GET ALL DEFENSIV. I have had a very very stressful 2 years which has probably been the trigger for my weight loss but I magnaged to gain 7 stone in a year and am covered in stretch marks

    I have started to feel some healh problems both physically and mentally as a resut of my weight issues and basically hate myself. I have to do something as I have a lot to loo forward to I am planning to get mairied shportyl and have recenlty gained a degree and am searching for work.

    I would appreciate any infomrtion advice on any aspect I know I can do it and I know the excercie and eating thing but would also like a miracle cur of anyone knows one haha

    Repeat I will lose weight, keep repeating it all the time. You can't eat when talking.

    But get with your doctor and work out a healthy program for you

    Well unfortunately to lose the weight you have to work at it. Eating healthy and exercising. The best thing to do is find someone to hold you accountable and keep a food journal. Keep track of everything you are eating. It's important to find a motivating exercise regiment also. And stay focused.

    First off, stop feeling sorry for yourself and begin looking at the future in a positive way, get excited about your goal, its not going to happen overnight; however, I think attitude is the first step. Im sure you're a beautiful person on the inside also. Get happy to start something new and your result will be more then the reward of looking in the mirrior.

    C'mon lets get going... you can do it!

    I know a surefire way to lose a lot of wieght, because I have done it! I me t with this 102 year old indian lady that I had ended up becoming very good friend with, and she told me a secret that works. First off ask a doctor before doing this regimen.I took 2 tablespoons organic lemon juice, two tablespoons organic grade be maple syrup(grade be is better than a, it means it is unfiltered and all of the nutrients and vitamins a body needs are there).1/10 teaspoon cayene pepper(this breaks up mucus that holds bacteria) and 10-15 ounces of water(purified,not tap). Mix these ingredients and drink as much as you want or need.at least 8 glasses a day.Do this while fasting. The first 3 days is the hardest, after that you won't want food.If you go seven days or more you must first get the stomach ready for solids again before attempting to eat anything. To do this drink a lot of orange juice with pulp for at least 2 days before going back to solid foods. I had weighed 234 pounds before this fast. After my first 7 day fast I lost 14 ponds. That's 2 pounds a day! I have done it 4 times so far in the past year and I love it. My energy is greatly increased.I used to have serious stomach problems such as hernia,gasteritous,reflux and ulcers.Not anymore, I feel reborn,like a child at heart.If you want to speed up the process of burning fat, use Braggs applecider vinegar found at heath stores.This turns your body into a furnace and reduces toxins quickly. Use 1 tablepoon in the morning and one at night. Good luck, I know that it will work for you if you stick to it.(ps. If you get hunger pains, just drink another glass of the organic lemonade that helps get rid of them).The reasons you have hunger pains isn't because you are hungry, but because the toxins and chemicals in your body tell your brain that you are hungry. Once these are cleaned out of your system you will find yourself not really hungry anymore.

    I don't know how much time you have to dedicate to some exercise, or how much money you would like to invest but there are some key things I would HIGHLY SUGGEST.

    1.) Cut soda, juices (except orange juice and other ORGANIC juices... none of that Welch's crap.)

    2.) Seriously drink 64oz of water a day, better yet, ONLY drink water per day. You will be better hydrated. When you are not properly hydrated, your body will confuse thirst for hunger, causing you to eat when not needed.

    2a.) Drink COLD water, your body needs to maintain homeostasis at all times, therefore the colder the water, the more energy your body uses to warm the water up to your body temperature, the more calories you will burn.

    3.)Fast food needs to be thrown out the window. Don't waste your money on it, you can have better tasting food that's healthy and CHEAPER.

    4.) When buying meat, Chicken is your best friend, try to get the leanest you can. Chicken has high protein (Turkey does too but has more fat content) which you need to feel "full" and you will not be as hungry all day.

    5.) Limit red-meat to 1 times a week when trying to cut weight. And again, you want LEAN cut meat. (Loin cuts have high protein, tons of nutrients and low fat percentage.)

    6.) Try to have the "4" color method to your dinner plate. (meat, and a variety of 3 fruits/vegetables.)

    7.) Mayonaise is a no bueno, mustard has 0 calories and is also great for seasoning.

    8.) when eating a salad, use DARK green leaves (like spinach) since they contain higher nutrient content. Also, substitute vinegar for your salad dressing. If you must use dressing, get the low fat ranch style. Cesar dressing (even though it's AMAZING) is very body-unfriendly when dieting.

    9.) If your food is a bit spicy, it's good because it raises your body temperature, causing you to perspire, boosts your metabolism, and helps you lose weight.

    10.) Start with going for a daily walk, I would say 30 minutes - 1 hour a day. If time is scarce, split it up into "shifts".

    11.) I would highly suggest getting resistance bands to help as well, you can do a TON of different excercises from the comfort of your home.

    The key to losing weight is that you want to build some muscle at the same time. The main goal is not only to lose weight, but by lowering your total body fat percentage (increasing your muscle) you're body can burn MORE calories, quicker, since muscles need energy.

    You also can't lose weight (in a healthy fashion.. ) without exercise. You need to create a deficit of calories, and burn MORE calories or MOST of the calories that you are taking in.

    To keep you motivated, don't think about losing 10,20,30,etc pounds. Weigh yourself at the beginning of the week, tell yourself you want to lose 1-2 pounds by the end of the week. It's a lot easier to lose weight if you take it one week at a time.

    Using your own body weight is the best advantage for you to burn calories. Make sure you are getting your daily dose of vitamins, drink tons of water, and make it fun.

    You'll hit your goal in no time!
