    I need to lose weight now!
    I had my daughter about 2months ago and I need to lose the weight now! I don't eat juck food, I drink nothing but water and diet green tea and the pounds aren't coming off

    Well first of all you need to be patient. Wanting to lose weight fast is unhealthy, you'll end up starving yourself or looking at your toilet bowl more often. Not to mention that your setting yourself up for disappointment, and an empty wallet. There'll be many things out there telling you that you'll lose weight fast, but in reality it all comes down to exercise and eating right.

    Eliminating junk food is okay but it's quite unrealistic, why not have a "treat" once a week for all your hard work? Or why not exercise more so you can burn those Twinkies off?

    I also suggest eating healthier; that means more fruits and more veggies. They'll give you more energy to help shed that weight and take care of that baby.

    I don't know if your baby is a fussy one, but do go to bed early, if that is not possible do sleep when baby sleeps. To lose weight you actually need a good amount of sleep.

    Another thing is to exercise. It'll be the only way you lose that belly, trim those thighs, etc. If you can afford a gym membership I suggest you get one, if not go to Wal-Mart or Target and get one of those work-out DVD's, they're at most 20$; do some cardio, maybe even pilates or dance aerobics. The point is you need to get moving and actually work at it.

    GEt a trampoline it really helps just jump a couple times a day for at least 7min
