    I need to lose weight
    Help me!! In a week I going to see my friends for my b-day and a guy that I like is coming I want to lose 10 pounds and look good. What should I do?:confused:

    Count your calories. That is a good way to lose weight, but it is not meant for long term weight loss, so keep that in mind.

    I just started the South Beach diet today, so you are not alone! :)

    To lose 10 pounds in a week is very hard to do. Plus unhealthy depending on your weight. You should consider changing your diet and jogging or speed walking. You need to set goals which well help you stick to your change. I have found that jogging and running is the best way to lose weight. I hope this will work for you.
