    Could not determine your weight loss for you. Of course, walking 25km a day would benefit your weight loss, but then you have to couple that with a good diet. We are all different, j, and all lose at a pace determined by our body type, starting weight,age and metabolism.

    At an average walking speed of 5 km/h for a fit person that would be 5 hours of walking every day. I think you may want to consider slowly working your way up to that level.

    I used to walk l5 km on country roads, with a large dog in tow and considering stopping and starting for pees and sniffing (not me, her), I did that in about l.5 hours. I lost a lot of weight, but we are all different.

    Scientific approach works sometimes, but you smoke a pipe so...
