    How to reduce weight after delivery
    Hi

    Am 25years old having a 8month old girl baby I increase my weight up to 25 pound before am 50 now 75 kg , I want to reduce my weight .

    I hear that greentea is good to reduce weight , how much it effect ?

    Kindly *** advice me what to do ?

    Green tea is good, drink it instead of other drinks, especially soda. It won't work miracles, so you also need to get the rest of your diet in order.

    Are you still breastfeeding?
