    How Does A 12 Year Old Lose Weight Fast
    I am 12 years old and weigh about 185 I want to lose about 80 pounds before school is over which is in 8 days PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE THANK YOU

    It is IMPOSSIBLE to lose 80 pounds in such a short space of time, baring removal of body parts.
    At 12 any weight lose diet should be closely monitored as you are still growing.

    It's impossible to lose 80 pounds in 8 days. You will need a good diet and exercise routine to lose weight at your age.

    Talk to mom, go see your doctor and get on a healthy weight loss regimen.

    Like Ben and J9 said, 80 pounds in 8 days isn't possible, nor would it even be healthy to attempt such a thing. The average person loses around 2 pounds a week when on a diet and exercise plan. Much more then that isn't healthy.

    You didn't put the weight on overnight and you won't take it off overnight.

    Talk to mom, see the doctor, you want to stay healthy.
