    How Can I loose Weight
    I'm 14 & I'm 5"2 I weigh 149 pounds can someone tell me how I can loose weight please...

    I would say increase your intake of water and eat plenty of leafy greens. Try buying crunchy veggies and sweet oranges and apples for your sweet tooth. Also, I want you to walk for 20mins a day for a week, then increase it for 40min. Losing weight will take time, you don't want to do anything over the counter. They aren't very good for you. Let mother nature take care of your body.

    Proper diet and exercise, as noted, plenty of water, cut out soda, sweet drinks, Walk a lot, perhaps another form of active exercise.
    Cut out snacks.
