Help I'm on an extended juice fast I'm in day 6 and I Ate.
It is passover tonight, and I'm on the Six 6 day of my juice fast. I went to a service, and allowed myself to be pushed into eating a piece of lettuce with some eggplant salad, I did not eat the matza, I was to afraid also, I put 4 drops of wine in my water to at least complete the tradition.
I feel so drunk, I don't know how this is possible, when I only had about 1 tsp of wine in four cups of water, over 4 hours the wine was 5% alcohol. I'm afraid and feel a lot of pain in my stomach and I feel really light headed and weird, from the small amount to food I ate. How will this affect my feast/cleans, any advice please help? I really want to cry, I feel so bad so bad I was doing so good. |
