Are you trying to bulk up, or are you happy with your weight? What kind of food are you eating? Do you work out?

The only basic information that I can give you is to work on upper body using weight training. I would suggest having someone join you at the gym as a spotter for bench press. Do an incline bench press as well and a decline bench press. Also, work on machines that target your pectorials, shoulders, biceps and triceps (back of arm muscles)
Those are the largest muscles in your core, working these out burns more calories, and helps promote bigger muscle growth. The bigger your muscles are, the more calories your body will burn and the less fat you will have.
