Congratulations for your loss of what could be considered an entire person!!

Unfortunately, from my understanding, surgery is the only way.

Your skin is very elastic and when a person is obese the skin stretches to accommodate the expanding body. However, although skin is elastic, once it has been stretched past its limit it does not go back to the smaller size.

Think of a slinky... if you continue to stretch it, after a certain length of time it will not regain its original shape. That is what happens to the obese person who loses a tremendous amount of weight as you have.

Hmm I am considering gastric bypass surgery and the nurse told me that if someone only looses like 150 or less that they don't need surgery for removal of the skin if they exercise. She said it is those that don't exercise and are lazy (NOT CALLING YOU THAT AT ALL) need surgery. I see here you have been working your little hiney off and still have complaints of the loose skin. Please enlighten me as I can't afford skin removal surgery and may just have to settle with losing it the good old fashion way, not as fast as I would like but oh well ;0 and Congrats to you girl I know you must feel 100% better, keep up the good work

Have you ever thought of advanced lipodissolve? I have read a lot about it and still do not actually understand it but they are supposed to inject the body with some wonder stuff and the fat is supposed to shrink and the fat to harden...

I do not know about anyone else but it sounds too good to be true. But it is a great thought. Check it out. At best you might get a shock. The procedure is supposed to be a tried and true one and safe to boot. YIKES
