    Excessive Skin
Ok, I started my major diet in September of 2006, I was about 375lbs at that point. At my peek I was about 400.. Now I'm hovering around about 175 Height 5' 11" I have some hang but not nearly as bad as some other folks I've seen. Maybe because I'm only 26.

Will I notice any more tightening up over time?

Skin may tighten a little, but not a whole lot, because if it was stretched more, it will tighten less. Younger skin tightens better than older skin, but I wouldn't expect it to be skin-tight (Not trying to make a stupid pun haha) ever again without medical help.

Creams don't really work and are a waste of money, I've heard, but I don't know.

Time will help, but it may never be as tight as you want.

If you are really concerned about it, you can talk to a doctor about surgery to remove the excess skin.
