    Anyone know about a good diet pills
    I'm triying so hard to loose 20 lbs but it seem not working cann anybody tell me wich diet pills work the best.please

    Stay away from the pills. Eat sensibly and exercise.

    Cut the carbs and junk food and soda, diet or otherwise, and do not take pills as they mess up your metabolism big time and don't work. You could take pills and lose weight quick, but you will just as quickly put the weight back on and more. Gradual weight loss is the best. You didn't put it on overnight and you sure can't take it off overnight. Keep that in mind.

    The best thing is to stay a way from diet pills. I heard that some of them have illigal drugs in them. Any the ones you buy over the internet. I heard that some of the people who take them experience the symtopms of someone who has taken speed. Be careful. Just cut down on your intake of food. Go on a fruit diet. Eat only vegetables. Try low calory foods. There are websites that allows you to measure the foods you eat.
