    An app
    Hello:

Technologically speaking, would it be possible to develop an app that would voice activate a body cam and wirelessly save the video to the cell phone in your pocket?? The cam can be a lapel or on your glasses..

Any app designers wanna partner with me?

    Yes, look at Google Glass.
Android phones already have voice activation for apps.
