    Hello
    My right eye is watering a lot and is stinging a bit since I woke this morning. (I had this problem recently as well, but at night & it had cleared up by the next moring.) It looks a little bit blood shot. I would love to know of a home remedy to ease this please.;)

    Try taking B complex and 1,000 mg C, beta carotene or vitamin A, zinc optimizes A & C.
    Taurine, Lutein, bilberry and eyebright are also good for eye sight.

    * Taurine reduces the oxidative damage caused by sunlight to the eyes and stimulates the body's ability to clean up waste by-products that accumulate in the retina.

    * Vitamin C prevents damage in the watery portions of cells, particularly in the cornea and retina.
