    Laser Operation of Eyes
    How is the laser eye surgery done? Are there any chances of increment of power even after the surgery ?

    It depends on which surgery you are eligible for. Traditional Lasik is perform by creating a corneal flap, lifting it, lasering, replacing the flap and then there's a healing process. Now if they find you have a thin cornea, they might recommend PRK, which is basically the same thing, but they remove the flap completely, laser, then use a contact lens as a bandaid. The healing time is a bit longer.

    Everywhere I've ever heard of offers free consultations. This is where you get an idea of what the staff is like, prices, procedures, what you are a candidate for, all of the information that you need.

    And while there is a possibility of your vision increasing after the procedure, that's very few and far between. It will increase with age as normal. But laser surgery permanently corrects your vision by reshaping the cornea.
