    Headache & dizzy
    Hi Everybody,
I am using glasses from 3 years with 0.5 sight with both the eyes with little angle. I checked my eye sight regularly and it did not increase. But I feel like my eyes are tired quickly when I am working on the computer. I usually wear glasses only while working on the computer and not in other times.
I tried for contacts, and the doctor told that it is hard to make for this less sight and probably you don't need it.
    Please help.
    Thanks you.

Use your glasses regularly at the time, while your working in using glasses there is no stress on your eyes but when take off your glasses your eyes focus change. Because when you wear glasses again your eyes want adjust its focus back, it make the eyes tired while adjusting it and use some artificial tear drops.

You need to take periodic breaks from computer work.
