    Portuguese ID and Passport
Ok I now have an interview with the consulate in london on 20 November 2007, I have also received my Birth Certificate from Lisbon. I have had my passport size pictures done as well, So please if anyone knows if I need to take anything else, I am taking all my documents from the Homeoffice, My residencey card and photocopies of my old passport I lost, also the police report when I had lost my passport,

I am going to try and get my id. I do not speak portuguese, I can understand a bit of it, but because I grew up away from my parents I ont speak portuguese, do I need to take someone that can speak fluently?

Also how long will it take from when I go for the interview till I get the ID Card and how much will it cost?

How long will I have to wait to get my passport and how long will that take to make and how much will that cost?

Please people, any help or advice will be appriciated

    Thank you
