    L1 VISA - move to another company
    Hi,

    I have a L1 VISA valid for another 2 years. Can I move to a new company in US and work with that VISA.

    While you have an L1, you are restricted to work for your current employer.

    If you wish to gain employment with another employer who will be willing to file an H1 for you and wait till it gets approved. Once approved, you can transfer to the H1 and work for the new employer.
