    German passport
I was born in Germany in 1954 but am an Australian citizen. My mother was born in Germany and my father was born in Poland. They were married in Germany. They became Australian citizens although my mother gets a German pension. Can I get a German passport, I have my birth certificate?

Germany does not recognize dual citizenship, plus there were many changes in citizenship regulations during the past decade. Consult the consulate or immigration attorney in Germany.
