Remember when you first played the game, at the title screen you'd see that window that allows you to change up your settings? (Safe area, general options, brightness adjustment)

So what's wrong with my game? Here's a list

1) Every time I start up Black Ops, that window appears as if I started the game for the first time
2) My game only displays 7 achievements. I beat the campaign, and I got a few more achievements from playing wager matches and combat training, but none of those achievements are there. The only ones that say are unlocked is the ZORK achievement, the one where you get out of the chair at the main screen, and the one where you first play the arcade game.
3) The game says that I haven't played the campaign. What I mean by that is when I go to the mission select screen, it just shows the first level, yet I beat the whole thing! And my "Dead Ops Arcade" and "Five" zombie maps don't show either! Obviously if I've gotten the Dead Ops achievement id have the map there.

Someone please help me!! This is way too frustrating!!

Just now, I also noticed that on my CallofDuty.com account, I have nothing in my file share, and it says I haven't been on. What I did before that was to try and remove the HDD for a few seconds then put it back in, then cleared the system cache. Neither of those worked, and I'm in horrible frustration and confusion. I tried rendering a clip to my account, and on the website, it shows nothing.

Sorry but I don't know why. It just started happening to me too on Wednesday but I know something that may help... on the main screen go to the computer and type in 3arc unlock and that should unlock whole campaign and zombie maps but I have to do it every time I get on black ops but it still may help
