    Ground
    Hi,
I need help please. I am working on the connection of a potential transformer (22000V:110V). The circuit is as such:
    - There is a 22000V busbar which connects to the PT via a fuse.
-The primary and secondary sides of the PT are grounded.
    - There are isolating switches before and after the fuse.
The question is: do I have to ground both the isolating switches when in the opened position to change the fuse? Or only the one before the fuse since the isolator after the fuse is connected to the primary side of the PT and one terminal is grounded?
    Thanks

Where are you getting a 22,000 volt supply? I can't imagine anything like this in an industrial, commercial or residential system.
