    My daughter was suspended for using a graphing calculator during math final.
    My daughter was suspend for using a graphing calculator during her math final. She field an appeal and it was not accepted. The professor could not produce the calculator, so it is his words against hers. What other steps ca I take.

    Well was she really using a graphing calculator or not?

    There's really not much YOU can do. It will be up to your daughter to prover her innocence, assuming she really wasn't using a graphing calculator.

    OK, honest was she, or is she merely saying she was not ?

    Why would the professor want to lie about it.
