    Long and triple jump program
    I use to be a national triple jumper and provincial long jumper in 2003 but then I left it for rugby... I am now faced with the task of coaching long and triple jump at a high school but am worried the methods I am planning to use may be a bit outdated... can anyone please help me with a program I can use or at least a guide that I can follow
