I broke your post away from the place you put it for the sake of visibility to the membership.
More information other than given is necessary to accurately answer your question because of design, factory and ownership changes. How about a model number?

Hi,
I am hoping you that you may have typoed as I found a decent parts breakdown, and some terrible ones. On this one refer to items # 103, 110, 148 and 149 on pages 17 and 18. There is a slot in item# 103 that allows you to move the idler inward to apply more tension. See attachment.
