    Snow thrower problems
I just purchased a used 5.5 hp 2 stage 4 cycle snow thrower. It doesn't have a brand name. It seemed to be working fine when I purchased it. However, we just had a big snow and when I went to use it, it won't shift gears. It has 5 forward and 2 reverse, but it seems to be stuck in 5th gear no matter where I put the gear shift. Also, when I move the switch from choke to run the snow thrower starts to back fire. I'm going to call the person I purchased it from tomorrow morning, but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas? Thanks!

It needs beer, buy a 6 pack and call me when you have it. I'll come over and show you what to do with the beer, while I fix the carb adjustment and the shift rod under the engine.

AMHD experts are affected with some sort of disease. This is only one example. You should see what happened to the HVAC experts? They must have had too much beer and started drinking early.

Electrical and lighting is trying to stay sober.

I just saw the keg arrived. Oops. Empty. The're going to be really grumpy.

I was pulling mcgowans chain, he is my nephew and posted his question rather than just asking me or calling.

Should hold the float in place like a hinge pin would.
