    Ariens 20 HP Briggs and Statton will not turn over. When spark plug is removed,
    2 year old Ariens 20 HP Briggs and Stratton Lawn Mover. Won't turn over but when the spark plug is removed, it spins just fine. I assume something is wrong with the valves or the timing. Does it have a timing pin? Thanks,
