    Scotts 1642 wireing
    Have a scotts 1642 made by John Deer looking for a wiring diagram. It will not crank??

Scott's 1642 won't start... battery is fully charged [ 2 Answers ]

If I jump the solenoid by connecting the positive battery to the starter motor stud on the solenoid... the engine cranks. However, if I connect the positive battery to the ignition stud (purple wire) on the solenoid... nothing. Any ideas?
