I have a 89 civic 1.5 replaced headgasket,new dizzy,fuel pump,throttle body,fuel pump relay,wires plugs cap rotor the problem is it idles fine but when you rev it up it boggs and stalls checked plugs there wet not a gas or oil smell and is running very rich... timing is perfect dead on the money...
