    You may want to elaborate on what you mean by "jammed".

    Jammed as in it won't go back in? Jammed as it won't come out? Jammed as it the engine won't turn even a tiny bit?

    What are your level of mechanical abilities? It can be a rather difficult repair if you lack the aptitude and abilities to disassemble and reassemble the recoil mechanism (trust me its frustrating to do)... but replacing the assembly is far easier if much more expensive.
