    18hp B&S fuel solenoid
    18hp B&S ohv, when replacing fuel solenoid how important is it to remove carb for cleaning or at least inspecting?

    Hi,
    It is of moderate importance. If everything else has been working before, it is probably okay. Often the solenoid can be cleaned or has a bad ground.
