My small case tractor was idling and just stopped.Tryed restarting no result. Won't even turn over,don't even make a noise of any kind It's as if I disconnected the battery. Battery's fine',cables are fine,fuses are fine,anybody have a clue on what could have happened?

SEars 17 hp tractor stalled while cutting. Disengaged blades and tried to restart and it only clicks. Tried to jump start it and it still won't start. What should I check? Thanks. Skeet

My sears tractor won't start. I was using it, then shut it off for lunch now it won't turn over. No clicking, nothing. Tried jumping and still nothing. Battery is good because the lights work fine. Could it be the solenoid or the starter?
