    Nut Driver
I couldn't find my nut driver set to drive a tapcon screw. I needed a 1/4 size.
I use my socket set, which did the job, but it was difficult kept slipping off the hex nut. Is there a different between a socket and a nut driver?

No difference, but make sure you use a 6 point socket for Tapcon. An older 12 point will slip since the Tapcon screw is very hard and can strip the socket..
