    How do check lawnboy coil
I have a lawnboy mower with no spark. I need to check the coil for ohms "I think" what would be a good and a bad reading. The ignition does not have points. The mower is about 7 yrs old and ran fine last year.

Unplug the wire going to the safety brake then see if you have fire,do you by chance have a inline spark tester.
