    How to change the main drive belt on a Troy Bilt 18/42 riding mower.
    I have changed to 2 lower belts that are the closest to the deck. I now need to figure out how to change the main drive belt that is right below the body and engine. I have looked at it several times and do not see an easy way to do this. Can anyone help?

    Hi,
    The 2000 service manual is at:
    "K&T Parts House Lawn Mower Parts and Chain Saw & Trimmer Parts"
    It is first after the Parent Directory. It is fairly large so it may take a few minutes. Go to page 70 to start the directions.
