    Does my generator need recoiling
    I was told my porter cable 5500 watt generator needs recoiling, but no good explanation why, can someone explain

    Most of the time I put my flasher in the plug and flash it .this works 95 % of the time.
    One thing you can try ,start the unit,plug a drill in put it in reverse and spin it by hand in reverse while holding the trigger sometimes this will excite it and start working.
