    Craftsman 21hp. Ridding mower model# 28852
    I have a craftsman 21hp. Ridding mower model#28852 y-2000. Every time I turn it over to try to start mower it blows the 20amp fuse by the right rear wheel and will not start. What would be causing or creating this problem??
