    Starter cord has Jammed
    Not possible to pull out the starter cord on a briggs & Stratton. How to fix it?

    On a Briggs and Stratton appliance? Do you mean it's some sort of lawnmower or something similar?

    Probably have to dissemble the rope housing and rewind.
    There is a strong spring that needs to be dealt with and careful of.
