    B&S Rocker Arm Adjustment
I have the specs for clearance on my OHV system. It is a Briggs and Stratton 14.5 OHV I/C motor. I am trying to get the rocker arms adjusted properly. I have never done this with the type nuts that we have on here. In the middle of the nut, there is a setscrew used for the adjustment. Could someone take a second and explain how to use this setup. How far down do I tighten the nut before adjusting the setscrew? I really appreciate the help on this board.

If anyone else has this question... Tighten the main nut down to the proper gap. Once the gap is set, tighten the set screw down to approx 60 pounds torque. It will stay tight.
