    Hi,
Only the idle mixture has an adjustment on that model. There is a limiter cap on it that will restrict it it about 90 degrees when installed. The carb has used three different main jets depending on date code, and three overhaul kits because of that. No info published about the size of those jets, etc.
The adjustment on the idle mixture is accomplished by carefully removing the limiter, setting engine to idle, adjusting idle speed to spec (1450, I think) and turn the screw slowly inward until engine slows, then (noting the amount of turning) turning it slowly outward until engine slows and placing it in the middle between the two points. Install limiter. Turning screw must be on a hot engine and done very slowly, and its efficacy on EPA engines is questionable.
    Peace,
