I want to know the name of a japanese or chinese looking movie/show that was played in October 2000 between 2008 it was played on cartoon network the story starts at a family of 3 the daughter gets out of a car there on a road the car is stop the girl ask to go off her dad tells her to be back as she does she finds a tunnel for what lookes like a small over pass she goes though it and ends up in another world were what looks like a festival is going on but she see some people start eating a lot they turn to pigs then she is force to pay for something and gets a job as a inn helper at the end she return to her world

This movie is not really new. It is a about a young black boy who sells drugs. He watched two murders both of them where his friends where shot and killed. He played chess with his father and sometimes for money. I do not remember the name of the money or any of the actors in it please help.
