Identify old 90´s cartoon/anime series

Back in the 80´s I owned some vhs of a cartoon/anime series.

Cant remember the name or much about it except that it was about an agency going up against bad guys

Every team member had a special power, and 1 of them was a shapechifter who could turn into dice and a table etc think he was bald
